Fostoria America Top piece of the Lady Love candleholder. It was sold in 3 pieces. The bottom piece look exactly like the top, but has no hole, it sits flat on the table. The top piece that you have has the hole because it is where the candle gets it oxygen to burn and for any heat and smoke escape so the candle will burn. The 3rd piece that goes with it is a glass votive candle holder that sits flat in the bottom piece. Thank you, Pamela Bruce for the information on this lovely piece!!
